REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Refunds & Returns:

Manufacturer’s Discretion All requests for returns and refunds are subject to the manufacturer’s approval. Claims should be raised within 30 days of receiving your product.

Manufacturer’s Error:

• If the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover all shipping charges.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging and in the state they were received.

Other Returns:

• For returns not stemming from manufacturer errors, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom Orders:

Given that custom orders are printed post the customer’s approval of the mock-up, they aren’t eligible for refunds or returns. Exceptions apply if there’s a manufacturing error or if the product is received damaged.
