Refunds & Returns Policy

All TerrainTailor tire covers are made to order at the time an order is placed. Please review the information below before submitting a return request.

 

Made-to-Order Products

Because our products are made to order, all returns are subject to approval and a restocking fee.

 

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This fee is deducted from the refund amount.

 

Return Authorization (RMA)

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns.

Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

To request an RMA, contact us through the website contact form and include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

 

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be free of damage

  • Be returned in original condition

Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for a refund.

 

Custom Orders

Custom tire covers are made specifically for you.

Custom orders may only be returned if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • There is a manufacturing error

Approved custom returns are still subject to the 20% restocking fee.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the restocking fee. Processing times may vary.
